WHY MALAGA ?
The city of Malaga, bathed by the waters of the Mediterranean, lies in the south of Spain. Its long history dates back to the times of the earliest sailors and merchants who came to these shores from the Eastern Mediterranean some three thousand years ago. WHO
Alexei Issacovitch, founder and chairman of Festival Danza Malaga in Spain since 2000, with a group of consultants specialising in dance and professionnal dancers. Today he heads the festival with more than 100 artists which has become one of the independent leaders in Spain in programming residencies and emergent artists.
He is also the founder of ZappingDanse, a leading provider of services and news, which he created in 1995.
The two platforms, generate more than 1 hundred visitors per month.
Issacovitch started his career as a Dancer at Roland Petit’s National Ballet, one of the worlds most highly regarded French choregrapher, where he toured all the world. Now, he is proud to collaborate for the University of Malaga, promoting different activities of the Dance World from 2000 :

Tienes algo mas de informacion acerca de tu formacion? donde trabajas, trayectoria, etc ? Y si hay algun espacio donde podamos ver tu trabajo en vivo ?
Seguramente para 2010 podamos estudiarlo;

Salve ,sono Angelo Vergari direttore e coreografo del Vergari Ballett di Marsiglia .
Italiano, mi sono trasferito quando nel 1994 Roland Petit mi chiese di seguirlo per integrare la compagnia Ballet National de Marseille ,dove ancora oggi sono il ballerino principale.
Dal Settembre 2009 ho fondato qui a Marsiglia la compagnia VERGARI BALLETT
Dal 2 Ottobbre al 23 Novembre 2010 diversi operatori culturali si sono associati
per rendere omaggio alla regione Puglia (it)qui a Marsiglia ,attraverso
Teatro,Danza,Letteratura,Musica,Cinema e Fotografia.
La compagnia VERGARI BALLETT ha presentato il 23 Novembre scorso « LA PIZZICATA », coreografia contemporanea in coproduzione con la Friche la Belle de Mai e l’Istituto di Cultura Italiano sulla storia e la vita della tarantolata riproducendo in 10 scene la vita di questa, prima e dopo il morso.Tre musicisti fanno parte della pièce per intervenire in scena come lo vuole la testimonianza , la credenza pugliese e il Tarantismo.
La cultura locale dell’epoca é massa in evidenza con diverse scene nel villaggio, nei campi ,in casa, la festa di san Rocco e i suoi duelli di coltelli.
