Boursier au centre international de danse Rosella Hightower à Cannes, ainsi qu’à la School of American Ballet à New York, Alexei a été danseur au CND, au CCN et au BNM sous la direction de Roland Petit.


Il interprète le répertoire de Balanchine, Bournonville, Cramér, Duboc, Fokine, Joos, Kemp, Mariemma, Parsons, Petipa, Petit, Schaufuss ou Tudor, en France et à l’étranger.

Formé par Stanley Williams, David Howard, Larrio Ekson et Azari Plissetski., il crée de rôles pour Rodrigo Pederneiras, Jo Stromgren, Béatrice Massin, Bertrand d’At, Blanca Li, Santiago Sempere, Ivan Favier ou Roland Petit.

Il s’inscrit dans le courant de Lindsay Kemp et se forme aux techniques du Creative Mouvement avec Françoise Dupuy.
 
Diplômé du conservatorio profesional de danza de Madrid, Alexei combine les projets d’enseignement et de recherche dans l’art du mouvement, avec la production et la représentation d’artistes. Il a notamment représenté William Forsythe en Palestine ou introduit le psaltérion médiéval en Chine.
 
Chargé de mission pour le premier Schéma départemental de l’éducation artistique en Drôme, il est fondateur de ZappingDanse.

Alexeï ISSACOVITCH 

Born in San Sebastián, Spain, Alexei Issacovitch, founder and CEO of Festival Danza Malaga received his professional education in Madrid (universidad Autónoma in economics degree) and in Lyon (Master’s Degree in cultural management).

He also participated in various exchange cultural programs and did research at the Chinese Cultural University (Taipei, Taiwan) and Scientific College of Design (Mascate, Sultanate of Oman).

Based in France, Alexei has been holding a position of executive manager at the ADDIM, agence departemental in Drôme, before booking for many artists worldwide.

He produced a multitude of projects, including ballet and opera productions, international tours, international ballet galas and the flamenco first edition at the Royal Opera House of Mascate, following the extensive project renovation.

During his years in Malaga, he interned and joined artists such as William Forsythe, Alwin Nikolais, Maurice Béjart, Nacho Duato, Maguy Marin, Israel Galván, among others.

He is currently a freelance producer running his own company located in Lyon, France, working on various independent projects.
